Our dear friend coffee might have gotten a bad rap in recent years, but now, there’s increasing evidence that coffee may actually be good for you. Research has found that moderate consumption can be linked to a longer lifespan and reduced risk of diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart failure. And of course, coffee is super helpful in terms of enhancing exercise performance and fuelling you to smash out a day’s work!
Of course, as with everything, moderation is key – don’t be that one person we all know who somehow drinks 7 coffees a day (CFO Chris, we’re looking at you)!
