Halloween AMRAP Workout
We’re here to make your workout a little bit more fun and festive this Halloween, with this frightening fitness test! Taking no more than 30 minutes from start to finish, it’s a great full-body blast that you can power through in the gym before the trick or treating begins…
20 Minute AMRAP Gym Circuit:
- 10 x reps pistol squats each side (use a TRX if needed)
- 15 x reps deadlifts
- 15 x reps skull crushers
- 15 x reps spiderman push-ups
- 15 x reps boo-ty weighted hip thrust
Repeat the circuit as many times as you can within 20 minutes. Make sure to choose weights than you can lift for the designated repetitions.
10 Minute Finisher:
Hit the treadmill for some Zombie Runs!
Sprint for 20 seconds, rest for 40 seconds and repeat 8-10 times
