Madeleine Shaw's Scrumptious Protein Packed Smoothies
These three scrumptious protein packed smoothies have been created by Madeleine Shaw, using Neat Nutrition protein.
Butter Cup Smoothie
- 1 tbspn peanut or almond butter
- 1 banana
- 300ml almond or other milk
- 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder
- 1 tbspn raw cacao powder
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. This will last 1 day in the fridge but is best drunk fresh.
Green Goddess Smoothie
- 1⁄4 pineapple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 50g spinach leaves, washed
- 300ml coconut water
- 2 tbspn almond butter
- 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder
- juice of 1 lime
- 5 fresh mint leaves
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. This will last 1 day in the fridge but is best drunk fresh.
Peaches and Cream Smoothie
- 1 ripe peach, stone removed
- 250ml coconut, almond or rice milk
- 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped, or 1⁄2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tspn coconut oil pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tspn runny honey
- 2 tbspn of Neat Nutrition Protein Powder
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.
