Neat Café: The New Food!
You might have already heard our exciting news if you follow us on Instagram; but we're so happy to announce that the Neat Café has a brand new food menu! Now, as well as serving all your favourite coffees, Neat shakes and juices, we also have an awesome range of food. Thanks to Nourish Kitchen, we’ll be offering you a variety of meals with meat, fish, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and even grain-free options available; something to suit everyone! So we thought we'd introduce you to Neat's new menu and give you a rundown of what amazing food you can now get your hands on - but be warned, it's going to make you hungry!
First up, for breakfast (or a tasty mid-afternoon snack!) we have the Green Brekkie Bowl, made with green lentil and herb quinoa, flaked salmon, cherry tomatoes and avocado with toasted seeds, and a Blueberry and Almond Breakfast Pot made with blueberries, oats, peanut butter, organic live yogurt and mixed seeds for those who prefer a sweet start to the day.
Next up we have two wholesome, colourful salad pots to keep you going all afternoon long. One is a rainbow bowl made with free-range chicken, spinach, cucumber, carrots, peppers, beetroot and a fresh herb dressing, and the other is for the non-meat eaters; a vegan buddha bowl made from red and white quinoa with sunflower seeds, cranberries and raisins, snap peas, broccoli and green beans, lemon coriander hummus and toasted cashew nuts.
And of course, we couldn’t stock the café full of new food without serving up some awesome healthy desserts! We have a counter-full of tasty treats ready and waiting for you, including a delicious grain-free blueberry, banana, almond and coconut loaf and an orange, lemon, chia, almond, cranberry and honey flapjack. We also have raw protein bars and cacao orange protein bliss balls too, as if deciding what to choose wasn't hard enough already!
So whether you need to grab something healthy on-the-go, or want to stop by and chill out on a beanbag with a seriously good coffee and a slice of cake, the Neat Café on Regent St is definitely the place to be - we hope to see you there soon!
