Our Ambassador's Favourite Healthy Snacks
Our Ambassador's are some of the healthiest people we know, and also the busiest! Looking for some healthy snacking inspiration, we chatted to them to find out how they love to fuel their active lifestyles:
Tom Kemp – Founder of Farm Fitness
I like to make protein balls and to freeze them off for a quick snack when I’m on the go. I throw some nuts (usually cashews and almonds), a big scoop of nut butter, ground almonds and a scoop of Neat Whey into the food processor, and some agave syrup to stick it all together and roll it into 30g balls.
Jamie Ray Hartshorne – HIIT trainer at Another Space
Wheatgrass tahini balls.
Olivia Cooney – Founding Director of Pop-Up Fitness Retreats
My favourite snack definitely has to be nuts, as boring as that sounds.
Ashleigh Stirling - Community Manager at lululemon
Homemade banana bread or granola bars or protein balls.
Patrick Fitzgerald - Buyer at Gucci
Neat Infused protein oat balls – dry oats, almond butter, Neat Chocolate Lean Protein, raisins and honey… #NomNomNom
Amy Andrew – Boxing Coach and Trainer at BXR, Kobox & BLOK
Dates - they are yum!
Natalie – Team GB Youth Mind Coach, Therapist & Mental Wealth Maven
I’m a coconut hound in any form and love an avo everyday, everyway girl.
Dr. Nick Ambatzis – GP
Neat’s Supergreens mixed with Greek yoghurt and walnuts.
Pete Pallai – Founder of MyPilates, London
My daily Nutribullet mix – avocados, spinach, pear or apple, carrot, blueberries, ginger, lemon, almonds and flax seeds.
Bronwen Foster-Butler – Brand and Digital Manager at lululemon
At the risk of sounding repetitive, it’s probably my breakfast shake (banana, avocado, kale, cucumber, frozen berries, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, ice cubes and Neat Nutrition slow release protein). I’ll make it anytime I’m needing something quick. Alternatively, I’m a sucker for a 4pm bowl of cereal…
Korin Nolan – Founder of Baby Body Bootcamp
I love making gooey protein brownies, but I tend not to make them very often as I end up eating too many….
Casey Anderson – Founder of Crossfit Las Olas
Vegan Jerky.
Bart Van Maanen – Model & Co-Founder of Pop-Up Fitness Retreats
A “powerball” made from blitzing dates, cacao powder, cashews, almonds and goji berries also with a pinch of chilli powder!
