SweatLife: What to Expect!
It's that time of the year again... we're getting ready to head back to Tobacco Docks for lululemon's Sweatlife Festival on the 22nd July.
We had an amazing time last year, and this year is set to be even bigger and even better! Whether you fancy sweating it out at one of London's best workout studios, lifting like a boss at a Crossfit workshop, getting bendy with one of lululemon's amazing global ambassadors, or just finding a sense of zen on their meditation bus, there will definitely be something there for everyone.
After all that exercise, we'll be on hand at our shake bar to refuel you post-workout or to give you that much-needed energy boost to keep you going all day long. We're super excited to be launching three amazing (if we do say so ourselves...) new Neat shakes that we hope you are all going to love! We're keeping our new flavours a secret for now, but keep your eyes on our Instagram page and we'll be giving you some clues later this week!
We won't just be selling our shakes though, we'll also be serving some amazing food from Nourish Kitchen. There's going to be three super wholesome, tasty options on offer to suit everyone's dietary preferences; a chicken bowl with pesto chickpeas, peppers and mozzarella, a vegan buddha bowl with brown rice, greens and a lemon & coriander hummus, as well as a bespoke Sweatlife salmon and brown rice bowl too. And of course, how could we offer to feed you without offering you dessert? You can expect some Neat protein bliss balls and a cacao protein bar that will certainly satisfy your sweet tooth!
And as if that wasn't exciting enough, we'll also have Neat Ambassador Natalie Pennicotte-Collier, MindCoach for Team GB and the LTA, there with us. She'll be running a sleep clinic so you can drop in for a 10 minute chat with her and gain some expert tips on how to improve your sleep.
