The London Fitness Classes You Need To Try

Feeling like you’re stuck in a fitness rut or just fancy trying something a bit different? When our motivation wavers, we love heading out to one of our favourite gym classes in the city to switch up our routine and keep things interesting. So grab a friend and head down to one of these London-based fitness classes - full-body exhaustion has never been so enjoyable…

Circuit @ Core Collective

High intensity, full body conditioning at it’s best. Designed to challenge and change you, you’ll go through a comprehensive mobilising warm up before the dynamic circuit that will develop your endurance, strength and all round athleticism - as well as your mental willpower!

Rebounding @ Frame

Fitness is mean’t to be fun, so embrace your inner child and get fit on the trampoline at Frame’s Rebounding class. It has all the same benefits of running (working your heart, lungs and muscles) without the high impact on your legs. All this with the added motivation of a teacher, music & other people to jump around with.

Spin @ Boom Cycle

Our favourite spin class in the city has to be at Boom Cycle. You decide how far to push yourself, our instructors are there to guide and encourage you the whole ride. It's the ultimate, 'party on a bike' experience for anyone looking for that full body workout.

Power Yoga @ Frame

When we need a little bit more zen in our lives, but still want to get in a good workout that makes us sweat, we’re all about Power Yoga at Frame. It’s a vigorous approach to Vinyasa-style yoga, focusing on strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling like you have worked hard and earned the relaxation (Savasana) at the end of the class.

Signature Saturday Trooper Class @ Un1t

For those who want to step things up a gear, we couldn’t recommend Un1t highly enough. Their concept revolves around training as one, and focus on the basics: building strength, muscular endurance and mobility.

Their signature Saturday Trooper classes are a circuit with a competitive twist! This is a team based workout that is different for every single person in the class. The timing isn’t structured which means each student needs to fit in as much work, at as high intensity as possible, as soon as they get on their station. With each class competing against each other to get as many laps as possible, it’s truly a team effort.
