The Party Season Workout: Maximise Your Results in Minimal Time

Don't let your jam-packed social life ruin your fitness this December. Instead, switch things up and prioritise intense and focused workouts to maximise your results in minimal time. There’s no equipment needed for this lower body workout, so you can do it anywhere, at any time. But don’t underestimate it! Push yourself to get it done as fast as you can – after all, the quicker it’s over, the quicker you can get to the bar. 

 

The Workout:

400m run

60 air squats

400m run

50 pistol squats (alternating legs - do these assisted with a TRX strap if you can’t do them otherwise)

400m run

40 walking lunges

400m run

30 squat jumps

400m run

20 plyo lunges

400m run
