Apple Crumble Overnight Oats
We've turned our favourite comforting dessert into a super easy overnight oats recipe to fuel you through your day. Apple crumble and custard for breakfast - that'll be sure to get you out of bed in the morning!
METHOD:
Combine the oats and vanilla protein in a jar. Add your milk and stir until well combined. Grate in half a small apple, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp chia seeds and the sweetener (if you're adding) and stir again.
In the morning, add a little extra milk if needed to get your desired consistency. Chop up the other half of your apple and cover with cinnamon and the sweetener of your choice (we used granulated stevia). Place in the microwave for about 2 minutes, or until fully cooked and soft!
Top your oats with the cooked apple and any of the topping you've chosen!
