Banana Nut Smoothie

This super thick smoothie takes a little patience with your blender, but we promise
it’ll be worth it! Start by blending the frozen banana and cauliflower, then add the rest of the ingredients for a beautifully thick shake!
Banana Nut Smoothie (Serves 1)
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen cauliflower florets (large)
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Neat Nutrition Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 100ml almond milk – approx,, to blend
- A sprinkle of walnuts to serve
