Blueberry Pie Protein Balls
Protein balls have to be one of our favourite things to whip up in the Neat HQ kitchen. They take less than 10 minutes from start to finish and mean you can have a protein-packed, satisfying sweet snack on hand during busy work days. This week, we'll be munching on these blueberry pie bites...
METHOD:
Simply, throw all the ingredients in a food processor, apart from 1 tbsp of the dried blueberries, until everything comes together. Mix in the leftover blueberries by hand and then roll.
These little bites of joy can be kept in the fridge for a week.
