Chocolate (& Avocado) Brownie Protein Balls (Vegan)
Want to know the secret ingredient that makes these snack-able protein bites so fudgy - avocado!
METHOD:
Blend your ingredients in a food processor (except the dark chocolate), adding the milk a little at a time until you get your desired consistency.
Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Store in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS:
(makes approx. 18)
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup + 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 servings Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Chocolate)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1 whole avocado
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
