Chocolate Covered Protein Bars
Protein bars are a convenient high protein snack on-the-go, but they tend to cost a fortune and are packed full of unnecessary colourings and sweeteners! This weekend, how about making your own at home instead - we promise it's a whole lot easier than you might think...
METHOD:
Blend all your ingredients up (except the chocolate) in a food processor and press into a small loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Pop in the fridge to set for at least 45 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water and pour over the top once set.
Leave to solidify in the fridge for another hour before slicing.
