Chocolate Hazlenut Thickshake
A cross between an ice cream sundae and a milkshake, this super indulgent thickshake is actually surprisingly healthy - even though it tastes just like a popular brand of chocolate spread!
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients together, adding the hazelnut milk slowly to help the thick shake combine together. Keep blending until smooth and the shake is at your desired consistency.
