Fruit and Nut Protein Fudge Recipe | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense Protein.

METHOD:

Mix together the Whey Protein, cocoa powder, smooth peanut butter, honey and milk in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the nuts, dried fruits and granola of your choice and spread the mixture evenly into a greased or clingfilm-lined baking tray. The mixture should be about an inch thick and smooth on top.

Freeze your fudge for a couple of hours before removing from the freezer and chopping into bite-sized pieces. You can store them in the fridge if you don't mind the texture being a little stickier, but they also taste great straight out of the freezer!
