Lemon and Coconut Oats
To celebrate the recent sunshine here in London, we've gone all tropical with our latest recipe, combining the flavours of lemon and coconut to create these zingy protein oats!
METHOD:
Start by cooking your oats as usual in a pan on a medium heat, mixed with your milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice and coconut butter if using.
Once cooked, stir in the protein at the end, adding a little extra milk if necessary, with the lemon zest and desiccated coconut.
Serve with an extra squeeze of lemon, zest, shredded coconut and coconut yogurt.
