Mango Smoothie Bowl
We might not be lucky enough to be lying on a beach in Thailand right now, but we're still feeling those tropical vibes with this mango and banana protein smoothie bowl...
METHOD:
Blend the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and super smooth. Add milk to help blend if needed.
Scoop into a bowl, dollop on the almond butter and scatter over the granola, coconut flakes and raspberries. Dig in!
