Oat Milk Coffee Shake

You guys know we're all for convenience, so we’re combining our favourite morning flat white with our post workout shake for the ultimate morning refuel on the go. With just a touch of added sweetness from medjool dates, it'll be exactly what you need to start the day strong!

METHOD: 

You know the drill - just whizz everything up in your blender until smooth and enjoy! 

 

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 1)

  • 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup cold brew (cooled filter coffee would also work!) 
  • 300ml oat milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • A couple cubes of ice
