Peppermint Protein Hot Chocolate
That popular coffee chain with the festive red cups are famous for their seasonal brews and creations, so we were inspired to create our own version! This warming, thick chocolate drink is delicious and decadent, without compromising on healthier ingredients...
METHOD:
Pop all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk over a medium heat. Don’t let the mixture boil.
Pour into a mug and wrap your hands around a delicious Christmas treat.
INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 2)
- 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Protein Powder (Chocolate)
- 4 cups of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- A pinch of salt
