Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

The chocolate and hazelnut combo is a nostalgic favourite of ours, thanks to a popular brand of chocolate spread that played a big part in childhood breakfasts! So, we've given it a protein-packed Neat twist, adding in our chocolate whey protein and a dash of maple syrup. Perfect for spreading on toast, dolloping on smoothie bowls, or spooning straight out the jar!

METHOD: 

Place your soaked hazelnuts on a baking tray and roast for about 10-15 minutes. 

Once roasted, add the nuts in a food processor and blend, slowly adding the milk. Once this starts to break down and become smooth, add in the protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup and salt.

Blend again until smooth - you'll need to be patient!
