Protein Pizza
Here at Neat we're all about balance, so we’re certainly not against heading out for a pizza with friends on a Friday night! However, we also want to help you reach your goals, and creating delicious, healthy alternatives of your favourite takeaways is a great way to keep mealtimes exciting. This protein pizza might not be the same as your favourite Franco Manca special, but it’s definitely a tasty way to cure that craving whilst still getting in an impressive dose of protein and slow-releasing carbohydrates.
METHOD:
Blend together all your pizza based ingredients until smooth. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a well greased baking tray or non-stick foil and bake in the oven at 180 for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Add on your toppings and grill until the cheese has melted!
