Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake

It might be a little basic, but for us, Autumn is all about the pumpkin recipes! This mug cake takes inspiration from the flavours of a pumpkin pie, and is the perfect way to refuel a little differently or satisfy your sweet tooth in less than 5 minutes.

METHOD:

Grease a mug with oil. Add in all your ingredients and mix together well, until smooth. 

Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds (depending on the power of your microwave), checking it regularly to make sure it doesn't overcook - the finished cake should no longer be runny in the middle but hasn't gone rubbery.

Scoop out of your mug, and serve with the toppings of your choice.
