Salted Caramel & Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

These salted caramel & chocolate chip protein balls are a taste of heaven, combining together all of our favourite things: nut butter, vanilla whey, coconut and chocolate chips! They are also packed full of healthy fats and protein, making them great for a pre-workout energy boost or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up in the office, and will keep you feeling full.

METHOD:

Blend together the flour, protein, salt, coconut oil, syrup and nut butter. Once blended, remove the mixture from the blender/processor, and using your hands mix in coconut and cacao nibs until it is dough like and combined.

Roll into largish balls and set in fridge or freezer. Should make around 10-12 balls! (Depending on how much mixture you eat)
