Sticky Toffee Protein Balls
Regular readers of the Neat blog will know that we love turning our favourite desserts into healthier, protein-packed treats. This week, we've taken the much-loved flavours of a classic sticky toffee pudding to create a protein ball recipe that comes with all the comfort, and a little less of the stodge!
METHOD:
Add the pecans to a food processor and process until chunkily chopped. Next, add the Medjool dates, vanilla, toffee flavouring, maple syrup, protein powder, and salt to the processor and process until the mixture starts to come together.
Using your hands, roll together bite-sized balls using your hands and store in an airtight container.
