5 A Day Smoothie Recipe (Vegan)
For those times - like after several weeks of Christmas merriment - when you need an extra boost of health, this protein shake is exactly what you're looking for. METHOD:
It couldn't be easier; whizz up all your ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy ice cold!
INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 1)
- 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 2 florets of frozen cauliflower
- 2-3 tbsp frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- A small handful of spinach
- 400ml milk of choice
