For those times - like after several weeks of Christmas merriment - when you need an extra boost of health, this protein shake is exactly what you're looking for. Although it might taste like a deliciously creamy blueberry milkshake, it also contains 5(!) portions of fruit and veg and a satiating scoop of protein...

METHOD: 

It couldn't be easier; whizz up all your ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy ice cold! 

 

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 1) 

  • 1 sachet Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
  • 2 florets of frozen cauliflower
  • 2-3 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • A small handful of spinach
  • 400ml milk of choice
