Chocolate and Banana Protein Pancakes
For us, there's nothing better than celebrating the weekend with pancakes. This chocolate and banana recipe uses our Protein Pancake Mix, perfect for whipping up an indulgent stack in a hurry...
METHOD:
Using our new Protein Pancake Mix, pop two scoops of the mix into a blender with 100ml of milk, 1/2 banana and cocoa powder. Once you have a smooth batter, stir in the chocolate chips.
Add a little oil (1/4 teaspoon will do) into a frying pan on a medium heat and wait for the pan to get hot. Once there’s a slight sizzle, add two tablespoons of batter. It will start to set and once the pancake has a good ‘foot‘ – meaning it is nice and cooked on the bottom – you can flip that pancake like a pro!
Once all your pancakes are cooked, stack them and top with banana, chocolate chips, maple syrup and anything else you fancy.
