Vegan, High Protein, Chocolate and Berry Breakfast Jar
After the popularity of our desk-fast yoghurt jars, we wanted to create a dairy-free alternative for those who follow a plant-based diet. A lot of vegan breakfast options tend to be extremely carb-heavy, and whilst that is by no means a bad thing, it can make some people feel pretty sluggish and heavy! So, we've created this high-protein chocolate and berry jar, that is still super easy to prep and bring to work with you...
METHOD:
First, mix together the chia seeds with 1 tsp sweetener of your choice, 4-5 tbsp milk and vanilla extract. Leave this in the bottom of your jar in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Whilst the chia pudding is setting, in a separate bowl, mix together the yoghurt, scoop of vegan protein, tbsp of cocoa and enough milk to make your desired consistency. This should mix together but still be thick, and pudding-like.
Then all you need to do is assemble! Layer blueberries or raspberries (frozen or fresh) on top of the chia pudding, then add your chocolate pudding, before topping with extra berries and a cheeky square of dark chocolate if you desire!
