Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Truffles (Vegan)
Didn't get enough chocolate at Christmas? Don't worry we've got your back!
These bite-sized protein truffles, combining chocolate, peanut butter and sweet medjool dates, are everything you could ever wish for!
METHOD:
Blend everything in a food processor until a soft ball has formed, adding a little water at a time until this has been achieved.
Roll the mix into 50 small balls and then roll and dust each one in cacao powder before placing on a lined baking tray.
Keep in the fridge in a lunchbox for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
INGREDIENTS:
- 75g peanut butter
- 30g ground almonds
- 2 servings Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Chocolate)
- 100g medjool dates
- 1/2 cup water - as much as needed to bind the mixture
- Cacao powder to roll them in
