Gingerbread Mug Cake
It might not be the most glamorous looking recipe, but this mug cake takes the classic flavours of gingerbread that we all know and love and makes it into a super quick, comforting Christmas dessert.
METHOD:
Grease a small mug with coconut oil
Mash the banana, and add to the mug with all the other ingredients, mixing well until there are no lumps left.
Microwave for approximately 2 minutes, being careful not to let the cake overcook, as this will make it rubbery.
Serve with your toppings of choice!
