Low Sugar Peanut Butter Protein Balls

METHOD:
First, blitz the nuts in a high-powered food processor until they are broken down into small chunks. Add in all your other ingredients and blend again.
If you're struggling to bring the mixture together, add a touch of almond milk to help it bind.
Roll your mixture into bite-sized balls and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
