Maple and Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Arguably the most important day of the year, Pancake Day is upon us! These classic protein pancakes are made using our brand new Pancake Mix and are topped with blueberries, nut butter and lashings of maple syrup - talk about Shrove Tuesday done in style...

METHOD: 

Using our new Protein Pancake Mix couldn't be easier! Pop 100ml of almond milk and 2 scoops of the mix into a shaker and shake until you have a smooth batter. 

Add a little oil (1/4 teaspoon will do) into a frying pan on a medium heat and wait for the pan to get hot. Once there’s a slight sizzle, add two tablespoons of batter. It will start to set and once the pancake has a good ‘foot‘ – meaning it is nice and cooked on the bottom – you can flip that pancake like a pro!

Stack your pancakes and adorn with maple syrup, nut butter and lashings of maple syrup.
