Raspberry Chia Pudding
On busy mornings, we're all about breakfasts that we've prepped the night before, so that we can simply grab it out the fridge and go! This chia pudding recipe is a light but satiating way to start the day, and is perfect for taking to work in a jam jar when you don't have time for breakfast...
METHOD:
In a blender, quickly blitz together the raspberries, yogurt and vanilla protein until well combined.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and add in chia seeds and mix well.
Leave in fridge overnight and decorate and eat in the morning!
