PB & J Shake
To celebrate the 4th of July we've given our latest shake recipe a patriotic twist, using the classic American combo - peanut butter and jelly. Hitting the perfect balance of salty peanut butter, creamy banana, sweet vanilla protein and tangy raspberries, this healthy smoothie tastes deceivingly indulgent!
METHOD:
Blend your frozen banana, peanut butter, peanut flour, vanilla protein and enough milk to make a shake of your preferred consistency in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour your shake into a cup until it is 3/4 full. To make the raspberry layer, there's no need to wash out the blender (this will give your fruit a delicious peanut butter flavour!), just whizz up your frozen raspberries with enough milk to blend.
Layer this on top of your peanut butter smoothie and devour!
