Vegan Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Delicious, indulgent, healthy and it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up this tasty dessert! Did we mention it contains peanut butter!
METHOD:
Combine the flour, baking powder and protein together in a bowl. Add in the wet ingredients (except the chocolate chips), and mix until smooth.
Stir in half the chocolate chips and place the mixture in a lightly greased mug or small bowl. Put this into the microwave for 60-90 seconds (this can vary depending on the power of your microwave).
Top with the leftover chocolate, extra peanut butter and anything else you fancy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 serving Neat Nutrition Plant Protein (Vanilla)
- 3 tbsp flour - we used spelt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter - smooth and runny
- 1/4 tsp caramel extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp choc chips
